As a lifelong caregiver, advocate, and volunteer, Corey brings a wealth of experience across many areas of healthcare. A well-connected community builder, she approaches every task with positive energy, enthusiasm, and joy.

Corey currently serves on the Ontario Health West Patient and Family Advisory Council, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Lived Experience Advisory Panel (LEAP), and the Beryl Institute’s Global Patient and Family Advisory Board, where she is Co-Chair. She previously contributed to the Patient and Family Advisory Council at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, notably serving as a Community Ambassador during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Beyond her advocacy work, Corey is dedicated to public service as a City Councillor in Cambridge. A lifelong resident of the community, she lives in Cambridge with her husband and two children.
