Lucy Marrero

Lucy Marrero is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, and community psychologist.

Lucy’s journey began in intensive field-based treatment and continued onward to include quality leadership in specialty behavioral healthcare, overseeing ambulatory care quality and population health at Ventura County Healthcare Agency and now Director, Behavioral Health and Social Programs.

Professional and personal passions include integrated and community-based health, innovative programs and services, and reducing harm from diagnostic and medication errors. Lucy serves on the board of a local behavioral health agency and is a California Health Care Foundation Healthcare Leadership alum (Cohort 22) and now serves as an advisor to Cohort 24.
