Elaine St. James, BSN, RN, CPHQ serves as Patient Safety Services, VP at Health Catalyst and is accountable for Patient Safety Services and the Health Catalyst PSO. Her healthcare experience of over 30 years spans critical care nursing, nursing management, clinical risk management, quality improvement, patient safety, ethics, and mediation.

Elaine’s passion is partnering with healthcare providers, patients and their families to facilitate improved healthcare delivery and patient outcomes through communication, coaching, mediation, and collaborative performance improvement.
