Tony Serge

As a senior leader and visionary in the practice of business service excellence for over 45 years, Tony became a passionate advocate for Patient Experience after his wife was diagnosed with a serious medical illness. He became a Care Partner for over 12 years, and for a time, a patient.

Through these lived experiences, he was personally inspired by the importance and the impact of a positive Patient, Care Partner and Family Experience. In his role as a Senior Global Patient and Family Advisor for over 13 years, he is the Co-Chair of the Global Patient & Family Advisory Board at The Beryl Institute, past Co-Chair of the Senior Leadership Patient & Family Advisory Board at Brigham & Woman’s Hospital, and past Co-Chair of Dana Farber’s Adult Patient & Family Advisory Council.
